The First Annual South Shore Pet Expo, held on Sunday, June 5, at The Marshfield Fairgrounds, was a huge success, raising over $3400 for Fairy DogParents. Thanks to the Sponsors, Vendors, Non-Profits and guests that made this event happen!  This year, we are adding even more vendors and events and look forward to another great day!

This event is to benefit www.fairydogparents.org, as well as other, worthy, non-profit organizations that participate. It is also a great opportunity for local pet related merchants and service providers to meet pet owners in the area and network with others in the industry.

The South Shore Pet Expo will include live animal demonstrations, contests, various animal welfare organizations, retailers, raffles and live music.This event is free to the public and will attract hundreds of animal lovers.

Do you own a South Shore Super Dog? The South Shore Pet Expo is looking for the South Shore Super Dog of 2011. Each registered dog will have 3 minutes to show off for the judges with a chance to win a Gold, Silver or Bronze Medal in one of 3 age divisions:  Puppy (0-12 Months),  Adult (1-8 Years) and Senior (8+ Years).  Each Gold Medalist from the 3 divisions will then compete in the final round.Registration for the contest begins at 11:00am and ends at 1:30pm.  There is a $10 fee for each entry.
