Lucas Mehmel is a student in the il- lustration program at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design. In such a competitive field, you can’t just wait for someone to throw you a bone, and Luc is work- ing hard to become top dog. He knows that if you want to stand out from the pack it’s important to make work that you can really sink your teeth into.
